Jourmik Return and Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) calendar days from the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] before shipping the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase. Ship the return to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Damaged returns will not be accepted.
Return Authentication
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item. If the return is due to our fault, it will be approved, and we will process a refund or exchange. Otherwise, the request may be denied. You will be notified via email regarding the status.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us directly. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Restocking Fees
A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, and a 3% bank processing fee applies to refunded amounts.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Original tags and serial numbers must remain attached.
- Returned in original packaging unless due to a defect.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Custom-made or special order items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund. If an exchanged item costs more than the original, the customer must pay the difference. Exchanges for used or damaged items will not be processed.
